Client Portfolio Manager and Investment Strategy Specialist at ING Investment Management, Vincent is responsible for communicating both the strategy and current positioning of all its money market and multi-asset funds. Ensuring that ING IM’s investment strategies and processes are well defined, clearly articulated and effectively communicated, he frequently gives presentations to current and potential institutional, corporate and retail clients to explain all the relevant aspects of the funds’ investment strategies.
Prior to assuming this position, Vincent worked as a fundamental analyst in ING IM’s asset allocation department, where he was responsible both for providing research input and communicating investment strategy. He also worked in the financial sector in Brussels for a number of years before moving to ING IM in 2007.

A Belgian native, Vincent is fluent in French, Dutch and English. A knowledgeable and sought-after financial expert who is able to discuss a wide range of specialised investment topics, he regularly appears on Bloomberg TV and French and Belgian business television, as well as on webcasts for major French and Belgian financial newspapers. In addition, he is a frequent guest speaker at Belgian financial and academic events and has written several research articles for French and Belgian periodicals.
In addition to his bachelor’s degree in marketing management from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Brussels, Vincent received a master’s degree in business and financial sciences from the Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC), which is also in Brussels and where he regularly appears as guest lecturer.
