Eric Siegloff



Head of Strategy and Tactical Asset Allocation for ING IM (Europe), Eric Siegloff is responsible for investment strategy and tactical asset allocation decisions relating to ING IM’s multi-asset funds. He developed and globally implemented ING IM's “3-D Tactical Asset Allocation” process, which focuses on three core investment factors - macroeconomic fundamentals, market insight and risk control.

Respected by research houses and consultants for multi-sector portfolio management, tactical asset allocation process, implementation and performance, Eric has more than twenty years experience working in financial markets.

Prior to his current position, Eric was Chief Investment Officer, Macro Strategies & Implementation at ING IM (Australia), Head of Research at BNP Paribas Equities (Australia), and Chief Economist and Head of Economics & Strategy at Barclay’s de Zoette Wedd (Australia), among other positions.
Eric is Australian and a native English speaker. He represents INGIM to clients and also to public arena on economic, market and portfolio management topics. Eric received his Honours degree in Economics at the University of Tasmania in 1985.
