Stop issuance physical shares

The issuance of physical shares has become more and more uncommon. Tax and regulatory constraints led, or will lead, to prohibition in most European countries. Therefore ING IM has decided to stop issuing physical shares. ING Bank Luxembourg will continue to process outstanding physical shares acting as physical shares handling agent.
