Conversion of book of entry bearer shares into registered shares

In our current set-up, most of the share classes we propose are issued in book-entry bearer form.

On November 2nd 2010, the “book-entry” shares that are held by investors with ING Bank Luxembourg will be exchanged into non certificated registered shares. Starting from the same date, new shares will per default be issued in registered form.
