BBH becomes the ING IM Luxembourg funds Registrar and Transfer Agent

Until November 1st 2010, ING Luxembourg S.A. will continue to act as Funds Registrar and Transfer Agent.

As of November 2nd, BBH (Luxembourg) S.C.A. will take over the function of Registrar and Transfer Agent. From that date on, BBH will be responsible for the issuance and sale of the funds shares, maintaining the registrar of the shareholders and the transfer of the funds shares to shareholders, agents and third parties. Our clients will be invited to send their orders and settle with BBH.
