Further optimisations of ING IM Luxembourg fund range

ING IM ambition is to offer investors an easy access to a diversified range of attractive strategies and asset classes. Regular actions are taken to ensure that our fund range maintains its attractiveness and international relevance. The re-branding of ING (L) Invest into ING (L) and the transfer of the current ING (L) Renta Fund, ING (L) Renta Fund II and ING (L) Index Linked Fund sub funds under the rebranded ING (L) SICAV will be our next step in this direction. It will allow our clients to find under the same umbrella equity, fixed income and index linked strategies.

These name changes and transfers are subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the SICAV and of the Luxembourg regulatory authorities.
